The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter delivers a precision of 0.1% FS (highest 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, offering substantial maintenance cost savings. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, easily coping with extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Moreover, it exhibits strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 incorporates an integrated diagnostic function that offers real-time self-monitoring. When predefined fault conditions are met, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Fault occurrences prompt the LCD display to show an Err message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the specific faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
