The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents the pinnacle of sensor technology, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a cutting-edge modular design. This sophisticated device captures sensor signals, amplifies them, and uses a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform these signals into precise digital data. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
The transmitter, compatible with HART protocol, effortlessly converts these refined signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output, superimposed with HART communication signals by a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs, facilitating seamless user adjustments on-site via three conveniently placed adjustment buttons. The LCD display provides instant access to measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter configuration is straightforward through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers an astounding basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and analyzes and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement of the instrument.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
