The ZY8000 transmitter features an integrated diagnostic function with real-time self-monitoring capabilities. Upon detecting anomalies, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen instantaneously displays an error code (Err), identifying and pinpointing the faulty unit to streamline maintenance, repairs, and replacements. This intelligent diagnostic system simplifies and accelerates the upkeep of the instrument, ensuring operational efficiency.
