The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts remarkable accuracy with a basic precision of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 features advanced diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it will activate an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err) and identify the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
