The ZY8000 is a state-of-the-art intelligent transmitter boasting a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' during faults, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit for simpler maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
