The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, incorporating a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a highly modular design. The sensor's output is meticulously amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is elegantly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it delivers a seamless full digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal output. The measurement data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two dedicated EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and the LCD display provides clear readings of the measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unparalleled flexibility.

ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, allowing for real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting faults, it enters an alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated by warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
