The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest accuracy at 0.075% FS). After a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses easily. Additionally, it has strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostics, allowing real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes the fault, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.These features ensure maintenance and troubleshooting are straightforward and highly efficient..
Diagnostic functions can also be accessed via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be displayed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site, eliminating the need for readjustments.
