The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with potential to reach an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000 can monitor its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifies the faulty unit, and facilitates easier maintenance, repair, and replacement.
This ensures a seamless and efficient maintenance process.
