The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a maximum precision of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, ensuring substantial cost savings in maintenance. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and analyzes and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
