The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a cutting-edge creation by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., integrates an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular architecture. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is translated into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Each transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameter setup can be managed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, presenting alarms as either warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, it can be quickly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
