The ZY8000, our basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, boasts an exceptional accuracy of 0.1% FS, peaking at 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, translating to significant maintenance cost savings. Encased in robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, with superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, the ZY8000 guarantees unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 transmitter comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time self-monitoring. In the event of predefined fault conditions, it seamlessly transitions into fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Fault occurrences trigger the LCD display to show an 'Err' message, automatically diagnosing and pinpointing the faulty unit. This feature simplifies instrument maintenance, repair, and replacement, enhancing convenience and efficiency.
