The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy (highest at 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real time. Upon encountering defined fault events, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, issuing an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD automatically displays 'Err,' analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
