The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. When encountering predefined fault conditions, the transmitter will switch to fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes. This ensures a seamless and user-friendly experience, making the ZY8000 not just a product, but a reliable partner in operations.
