The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, after ten years of continuous operation, it still maintains 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant cost savings in maintenance. Its sturdy metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its robust anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This functionality makes upkeep more convenient and efficient.
Moreover, the diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The diagnostic alerts can be displayed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In cases where the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for reconfiguration.
