Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined faults, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process.and making it more convenient..
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without the need for recalibration.
