Introducing the ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter - a marvel of modern engineering from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. This advanced device employs a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. The microprocessor then executes precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy in every reading.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA or FF protocols directly output full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters at the measurement site using three adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing versatile and seamless integration.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its highest). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic system for real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err', analyzing and indicating the faulty unit, thereby simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes of the instrument.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the defective part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
