The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. When anomalies are detected, it transitions into fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message and pinpoints the specific faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks, thus making the entire process more efficient and user-friendly.
