The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This state-of-the-art sensor generates a signal that is amplified and converted to a digital format via a high-speed dual A/D converter. The microprocessor then performs linear and temperature corrections, ensuring precise and reliable measurements.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output with a superimposed HART signal through the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it provides a direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Essential measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents.
