The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a state-of-the-art device featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This sophisticated sensor amplifies the signal and uses a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal. The microprocessor then performs linear and temperature corrections, ensuring precision in every reading.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, a D/A converter translates the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output full digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The measurement unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are stored separately in two EEPROMs. Users can adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using three adjustment buttons, with results, fault information, and operational modes displayed on the LCD screen. Additionally, parameters can be configured using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' pinpointing and analyzing the faulty units, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
