The ZY8000 Intelligent Digital Pressure Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a revolutionary modular design. By amplifying the sensor signal and utilizing a high-speed dual A/D converter, the transmitter converts the signal to a digital format. This digital signal undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, it converts the signal into a 4-20mA DC output superimposed with a HART signal via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are stored separately in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters onsite using the 3 adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring versatility and user-friendliness.

The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of fault conditions beyond predefined thresholds, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms may be displayed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
