The ZY8000 Smart High Precision Capillary Dual Remote Control Pressure Transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with peak performance at 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Should any predefined threshold be breached, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a malfunction, the LCD screen automatically displays an 'Err' message, pinpointing the defective unit. This feature simplifies and expedites maintenance, repairs, and replacements, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
