Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), suitable for high temperatures (transmitter must be positioned away),
high viscosity, and environments with easy precipitate crystallization or corrosive mediums. Extensively utilized in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, machinery equipment industries, and more.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after ten continuous years of operation, this transmitter maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it offers outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's superior stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing for real-time self-monitoring. In case of over-defined quantity events, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD screen automatically displays an error code (Err), identifies and highlights the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

it incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply. These features significantly enhance stability and anti-interference capabilities.
The use of different materials and types of remote devices, combined with a special oil filling device, maximizes accuracy and meets comprehensive cleanliness requirements. This ensures excellent product stability and the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. Additionally, the explosion-proof shell structure is designed for all-weather use and is compatible with the HART protocol.
