The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after ten continuous years of operation, this transmitter maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it offers outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's superior stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing for real-time self-monitoring. In case of over-defined quantity events, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD screen automatically displays an error code (Err), identifies and highlights the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

Intelligent flange remote transmitter sensing technology
The measured pressure is accurately assessed through the remote
transmission devices, which then precisely relay the data to the transmitter,
through an oil-filled capillary system. It is capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it suitable for high-temperature environments where the transmitter needs to be positioned remotely.
It excels in high viscosity settings, easily handling precipitate crystalline or corrosive mediums. Widely used across various industries including petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

Adhering to the outstanding performance and stability of the ZY8000 intelligent high precision pressure/differential pressure transmitter,
it incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply. These features significantly enhance stability and anti-interference capabilities.
The use of different materials and types of remote devices, combined with a special oil filling device, maximizes accuracy and meets comprehensive cleanliness requirements. This ensures excellent product stability and the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. Additionally, the explosion-proof shell structure is designed for all-weather use and is compatible with the HART protocol.
