The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS) and maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its strong metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions for real-time monitoring of its status. Upon reaching predefined thresholds, it will enter fault alert mode, output alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Damaged electronic units or measuring elements can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustments.
