The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with potential peaks reaching a stellar 0.075% FS. After a decade of continuous operation, it retains an extraordinary 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stress. The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of an anomaly, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD instantly displays an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty component. This functionality simplifies and streamlines maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures, enhancing overall convenience.

Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured pressure is captured through remote
transmission devices and then transmitted to the transmitter,
through an oil-filled capillary. This system can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high-temperature environments (where the transmitter needs to be placed remotely).
It is perfectly suited for high viscosity, easily precipitating crystalline or corrosive mediums. Widely utilized in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

this device incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply. These features significantly enhance stability and anti-interference capability.
Different materials and types of remote devices combined with a special oil-filling device maximize the transmitter's accuracy and meet comprehensive cleanliness requirements. The product exhibits excellent stability, with the highest accuracy at normal temperature reaching 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure allows usage in all weather conditions and compatibility with the HART protocol ensures seamless integration.
