The ZY8000, an intelligent transmitter, boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant maintenance cost savings. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it is designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Moreover, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 offers unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter will enter an alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err) message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, making the ZY8000 incredibly user-friendly and convenient.

The measured pressure is seamlessly conveyed through remote
transmission devices and then transmitted to the transmitter
via oil-filled capillaries. This advanced system can precisely measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high-temperature scenarios (keeping the transmitter at a distance).
It is also suitable for high viscosity, easily precipitating, crystalline, or corrosive media. This versatile technology finds extensive application in industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

Adhering to the outstanding performance and stability of the ZY8000 intelligent high precision pressure/differential pressure transmitter,
our product integrates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply and sensor signal, significantly enhancing stability and anti-interference capability.
The use of different materials and types of remote devices, combined with a specialized oil filling device, maximizes transmitter accuracy and meets comprehensive cleanliness requirements. This product offers exceptional stability and achieves the highest accuracy at normal temperatures, up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure enables operation in all weather conditions and ensures compatibility with the HART protocol.
