The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts exceptional precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and reaches up to 0.075% FS at its peak. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly withstands harsh chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. When predefined thresholds are exceeded, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays an 'Err' message, pinpointing the faulty unit. This feature streamlines the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more straightforward and convenient.
