The ZY8000 High Precision Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an outstanding peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an exceptional 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands harsh chemical and mechanical conditions. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability, making the ZY8000 a true marvel of engineering excellence.
The ZY8000 comes equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing for real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined anomalies, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, emits alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals to interlock systems and SIS safety systems. In the event of an error, the LCD screen instantly displays an 'Err' message, automatically diagnosing and indicating the faulty unit. This feature streamlines maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, ensuring effortless and efficient instrument upkeep.

Adhering to the ZY8000 intelligent high-precision pressure/differential pressure transmitter's superior performance and stability,
it features an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, isolated power supply, and sensor signal enhancements, which greatly improve stability and anti-interference capabilities.
The use of different materials and types of remote devices, combined with a special oil filling device, maximizes the transmitter's accuracy and meets comprehensive cleanness standards. The product boasts excellent stability and the highest accuracy at normal temperatures, reaching up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure ensures usability in all weather conditions and compatibility with the HART protocol.
