The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands out with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS and an impressive peak precision of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it remarkably maintains 99.9% accuracy, ensuring substantial cost savings on maintenance. Crafted with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 easily withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, guaranteeing the product's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. Upon encountering predefined fault events, the transmitter activates a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents of 3.6mA or 22.8mA, and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD automatically displays an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.

The product boasts excellent stability and provides the highest accuracy at normal temperatures, up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure is suitable for all weather conditions and is compatible with HART protocol.
