Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure through remote
transmission
devices, then transmit to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), this transmitter is ideal for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed remotely),
high viscosity fluids, and media that are prone to crystallization or corrosion. It finds extensive applications in petroleum, chemical industries, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and various machinery and equipment sectors.

Crafted with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 easily withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, guaranteeing the product's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. Upon encountering predefined fault events, the transmitter activates a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents of 3.6mA or 22.8mA, and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD automatically displays an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
