The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of engineering that employs a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. This innovative technology captures signals from the sensor, amplifies them, and uses a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. These signals then undergo precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signals are converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART data by the D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitters directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust these parameters on-site via three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time readings, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter setup can be achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly cutting maintenance costs. Furthermore, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that provide real-time monitoring of its own status. In the event of predefined anomalies, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and issues control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzes, and indicates the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
