The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, peaking at 0.075% FS. Remarkably, after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a phenomenal 99.9% accuracy, offering substantial savings on maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stress. The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting defined fault conditions, the transmitter enters an alert mode, issuing an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows 'Err', automatically diagnosing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.

The measured pressure is conveyed seamlessly through remote
transmission devices, and then transmitted to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary. This allows for accurate measurement of liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high-temperature applications (with the transmitter positioned remotely).

it incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply and sensor signal, greatly enhancing stability and anti-interference capabilities.
The combination of various materials and types of remote devices, paired with a specialized oil-filling device, maximizes transmitter accuracy and meets comprehensive cleanliness requirements.
