The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, incorporating a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a highly modular design. When the sensor captures a signal, it is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
The transmitter offers versatile communication options. For HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC current with an overlaying HART signal via the D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter provides a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA, FF output. The system intelligently stores the measurement data and functional parameters in two separate EEPROMs. Thanks to the innovative design, users can effortlessly adjust parameters and read data, fault information, and operational modes directly on the LCD display using three intuitive adjustment buttons. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for ultimate flexibility.

When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, diagnosing and pinpointing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
