The ZY8000 Intelligent Digital Pressure Transmitter harnesses cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and boasts a modular design. It skillfully converts sensor signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, signals are seamlessly transformed into 4mA ~ 20mA DC with superimposed HART signals via the D/A converter. Those equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters deliver pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site with three adjustment buttons while accessing measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When predefined error thresholds are exceeded, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifies the faulty component, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
