The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a pinnacle of precision, integrates advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors with a modular design. Sensor signals are meticulously amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals undergo linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unmatched accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocol, they deliver direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and transmitter parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering a versatile and user-friendly interface.

The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err) message, pinpointing the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifested as warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
