The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it triggers an alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems after specified events. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
