The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter delivers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of predefined anomalies, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Should a fault occur, the LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message, identify the faulty unit, and simplify maintenance, repair, andreplacement procedures.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms signaled by warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
