The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design. The sensor-generated signals are amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons and can conveniently view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be executed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, facilitating simpler maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When electronic units or measuring elements are damaged, faulty parts can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
