ZY8000 showcases top-tier accuracy with a basic precision of 0.1% FS (highest 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
