The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern technology, integrating advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors with a sleek modular design. This cutting-edge device transforms sensor signals through amplification and dual high-speed A/D conversion, converting them into precise digital signals. These signals then undergo rigorous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the digital signals are seamlessly converted to a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF technology offer direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site with three intuitive adjustment buttons, and instantly access measurement results, fault notifications, and operating modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conveniently managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers superior accuracy with a basic precision of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Exceptional durability ensures that even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses, while its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions for real-time status monitoring. In the event of predefined critical incidents, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and signals system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault arises, the LCD display automatically shows an error code, identifying and analyzing the malfunctioning unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functionalities can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of electronic unit or measuring element damage, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
