The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). After a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its robust anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions that monitor its status in real time. In the event of an anomaly, it enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD automatically displays an Err message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, andreplacement..
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Warnings or fault protection currents manifest as alarm signals. The system performs automatic diagnostics on the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring readjustment.
