The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, it exhibits excellent anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring ZY8000's stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During faults, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
