The ZY8000 is an advanced intelligent transmitter with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, offering significant maintenance cost savings. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical conditions. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter activates an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and pinpoints the faulty unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement processes significantly more straightforward and efficient.

it features an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply and sensor signal, which greatly enhance stability and anti-interference capabilities.
Various materials and types of remote devices combined with a special oil filling mechanism maximize transmitter accuracy and ensure comprehensive cleanliness. The product offers excellent stability, with the highest accuracy at normal temperature up to 0.075%. The explosion-proof shell structure is suitable for all weather conditions and is compatible with HART protocol.
