The ZY8000 Intelligent Pressure Transmitter represents the pinnacle of modern engineering, leveraging advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a cutting-edge modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform into a digital signal, which is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal overlaid with HART communication via a D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they offer direct output of comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Essential data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, while also accessing measurement results, fault information, and operation modes via the intuitive LCD display. Moreover, parameter configurations can be set up through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions that provide real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined quantity events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
