The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting anomalies, the transmitter shifts into fault alert mode, emitting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and generating control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems after predefined events. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', along with the faulty unit's analysis, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements, making them more straightforward and efficient.
