The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest accuracy at 0.075% FS). Additionally, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, guaranteeing the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message, identifying and displaying the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.maintenance, repair, and replacement processes more simple andconvenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without needing readjustment.
