The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers an outstanding accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant cost savings in maintenance. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to endure extreme chemical and mechanical demands effortlessly. Moreover, its formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unwavering stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates a diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting defined fault events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a malfunction, the LCD display automatically shows an error code, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
