Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. In case of a fault, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display shows 'Err', automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This makes maintenance and repair highlyconvenient and efficient.
