The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of predefined anomalies, the transmitter activates a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display immediately shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby greatly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
