The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is an epitome of cutting-edge technology, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a modular design. This transmitter converts sensor signals through amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion into digital signals. Subsequently, these signals undergo precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, signals are transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output superimposed with HART signals via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Crucial data from the measuring unit and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and easily view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Should a fault occur, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be replaced onsite without the need for recalibration.
