After a decade of continuous operation, it remarkably retains 99.9% accuracy, ensuring significant maintenance cost savings. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, the ZY8000 withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 boasts an integrated diagnostic function, allowing for real-time self-monitoring. Should a fault arise, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, pinpointing the faulty unit and simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
