Advanced Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure is collected through a remote
transmission
device, which then sends the data to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary.
Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P). Ideal for scenarios requiring the transmitter to be placed away from high temperatures.
Perfect for applications involving high viscosity, easily precipitating crystalline substances, or corrosive media. Extensively utilized in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter redefines precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching an impressive 0.075% FS at its peak. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, providing real-time self-monitoring. When predefined events occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals to system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display shows 'Err', automatically diagnosing and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
